Payments are due the day of a session or before. Late cancellations may be subject to a half or full session fee. Please submit all cancellations with at least 24-hours notice and during my business hours from 8 am - 8 pm. If scheduling a class on the same day, notice of cancellation must be submitted more than 1 hour in advance.

Cancellations submitted after 6 pm the night before a morning session (8-11 am)
Half Fee Cancellations
Cancellations with 6-24 hours notice, except for morning sessions
This cancellation policy applies to all session types.
Scheduling
Time slots are offered at my discretion. Players that would like to book recurring sessions must pay in advance and attend their time slot regularly. If you continually cancel or reschedule your session, I will schedule another player in that time slot.
Weather Cancellations & Prorations
Sessions will be cancelled due to extreme heat (95+ degrees), high winds (20 mph+), or rain. Temperatures of 94 or below are not subject to cancellation. If you are sensitive to heat, please opt out of your session in a timely manner. In the event of a rainout, no payment is due if less than 1/4 of the session takes place. However, the fee will be prorated if 1/4 - 3/4 of the session takes place. If more than 3/4 of the session takes place, payment for the session is due in full.
Private Property
The court is located on private property. All information about the property, including the address, the residents, the gate code, etc. is strictly confidential. No one may visit the property without prior consent from myself or one of the residents. Guests must have permission and a reserved time slot to visit the property or use the court. Guests should never take anything from the property. Anyone who violates these terms will not be allowed to visit the property in the future.
Play at Your Own Risk
To reduce the chance of injury, always pay attention to your surroundings and wear proper footwear when playing tennis. Adults and children 10 years and older are required to wear non-marking, tennis-specific shoes. The risk of injury in tennis is higher when there are more people and balls on the court. Players should maintain safe distances between themselves and make sure loose balls are far away from the playing area.
Other Court Rules
Be courteous to our neighbors. No profanity, shouting, or loud noises. Drive slowly and respectfully when you arrive and when you leave. Our neighbors have full view of the court. Please keep your shirts on.
Respect the court. No food or open beverage containers allowed on the court except water. Do not spit on the court, scratch the court, or abuse the net or any equipment, including your own. Recycling is available; please take all other garbage with you.
